We run free groups across Otago and online for people living with Multiple Sclerosis and associated conditions and their friends, whānau, and carers.

Each month we feature a different resource/information sheet to discuss with each group. Examples include a resource for personal well-being, next month is information about Support Crew or information on enduring power of attorney.
